November 2024 - (Open ATLO) Graeme Sue See, won our FOTM and this Queensland record with his Frypan Bream of 440mm.
July 2024 - (Open ATLO) Noel Platt captured a 570mm Venus Tuskfish which achieved ANSA Qld & National record status.
May 13, 2024 (Open ATLO) Queensland & Australian records achieved by Troy Whyte with this amazing Blackspot Tuskfish, and in his own words this is the story behind it.………… The plan to head out and chase Tuskies started the day before collecting bait (crabs), this is without a doubt the hardest part. Don't forget your bbq tongs if doing it. Forecast was good so decided to hit the lesser fished areas near Bulwer Moreton Island. At the ramp 0900hrs relaxing launch with my lovely wife. Also a good time for her to practice reversing. Short trip over and lines in, 30 mins working the area with school size fish around the 3kg mark. Then when 1300 hrs rolled in the big one hit landing it on 80lb leader was definitely heart in the mouth moment. Now I'm not one for celebrating too loudly from a catch mainly just a high five or pat on the back. This occasion I couldn't stop fist pumping and cheering with my wife who did an amazing net job. That was about it back in at around 1400hrs then home. Just lucky I guess Gear used was a Wilson Venom Deep jig Daiwa saltiga o/h 40HA, with 60lb braid and 1m of 80lb leader (usually 200lb) 7/0 mustad j hook.

December 7, 2023 (Open ATLO) 60kg Black Marlin LFL 2000mm (TL 2600mm) on 8kg tackle to Janelle Knight at Mooloolaba, Queensland record.
March 10, 2023 (Open ATLO) Moses Snapper Queensland award to Mike Trust, 380mm at Murphy's.

September 27, 2022 (Senior LURE), Mike Trust snagged this beauty of a 830mm Pink Snapper scoring a Queensland record.
November 30, 2022 (Senior LURE) Swains Reef produced the goods for Mike Trust with this Giant Trevally 1160mm scoring another Queensland record for him.
March 10, 2023 (Senior LURE) Brian Fawcett bagged this great yellowfin tuna, 840mm at Murphys to receive his Queensland record.
